The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Breakfast Club team. The role will involve supporting the running of the Breakfast Club, taking care of all the children on the school premises during the breakfast club period.


This post is 5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (term time only), working 7:30am – 8:30am Monday to Friday. Other (relief) roles are also available within the school and can be discussed at interview with any interested candidates.

 

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the safety, welfare and good conduct of the pupils during the breakfast club period.
  • Providing pastoral care, guidance and routine advice to pupils as appropriate.
  • Leading games and activities with the children where necessary and appropriate.
  • Alerting the Breakfast Club Supervisor/Co-ordinator and/or the Headteacher of any concerns
  • regarding an individual child or group of children.
