The Academies Enterprise Trust are looking for Building Operations Assistant (School Caretakers) to join our talent pool. Our Talent Pool is a way of recruiting talented caretakers prior to having vacancies. By signing up you will have access to any caretaker/BOA roles that become available.  We recruit into both permanent and fixed term roles. The talent pool is open to both external and internal candidates and there is a simple process to join.

We are looking for individuals who can ensure that academies function safely and effectively on a daily basis. The role is customer focused and is key to ensuring that all estates and facilities services are available and fit for purpose at all times. As a member of the Estates Team, you will be expected to set and maintain high professional standards at all times and support the Building Operations Supervisor in delivering an outstanding service to our customers and the vision of the Trust.

If you feel you possess the necessary skills we would encourage you to register. Our talent pool will provide you with exposure to 57 schools within the Trust based in London, Essex, Middlesbrough and Birmingham.
