Position: Building Supervisor (Caretaker)
Location: Southey Green Community Primary School and Nurseries
Contract Type: Permanent
Minimum Qualification: Certificate
Minimum Experience: 1 year

Role Overview:
As a Building Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, security, and general upkeep of the school buildings and grounds. You will play an essential role in ensuring that our facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of a relevant Certificate/ experience
- At least 1 year of experience in building supervision or caretaking roles
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, or gardening
- Ability to carry out routine inspections to identify any issues or hazards
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic IT skills for reporting purposes would be advantageous
