For September 2022, the Governors are now seeking a Bursar of the highest calibre to join this ambitious and thriving school. This exciting opportunity comes at a time when the school is embarking upon a period of significant development to ensure that it remains at the forefront of education. The Bursar is responsible for the financial and business management of the school, including the management of its estate, facilities and all support staff. The school is seeking a well-qualified and energetic person with vision, purpose, warmth and humour and someone who works positively with colleagues. They must be an exceptional leader and a true ambassador for this busy and highly regarded school. An expertise in financial management, estate management and strategy development is essential. The post holder will be adaptable and perceptive, able to establish credibility quickly and be empathetic to the aims and ethos of the school, the approach of the Head and Head of Pre-Prep and the requirements of the Governing Body. They will inspire in colleagues high levels of commitment and engagement. The Bursar is a critical member of the school’s Senior Management Team.
