We are seeking a passionate and inspiring Bursar to play an integral part in the Senior Leadership Team, the staff and the wider community as well as working closely with the Homefield Board of Governance. Reporting to the Head, you will play an integral role in long-term strategic development and planning of the school as well as leading the entire operations of the school across HR, Finance, Estates, Catering and Cleaning. The Bursar is also responsible to the Chair of Governors for the discharge of their duties as Clerk to the Governors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, with a relevant qualification and membership, ideally gained within Finance or School Business Management and have a commitment to making a difference. The ability to build relationships and credibility with senior stakeholders is key, as is the capability to support multiple teams.
