We are seeking a Bursary and Transport Adviser to join our team at our Ellesmere Port Campus.


This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative and inspiring Bursary and Transport Adviser to play an integral part in the provision of a quality support service for learners, visitors, customers and staff.


Key Responsibilities:


Plan transport routes and services to meet need and liaise with the Bursary and Transport supervisor in relation to contracts.

Act as the College representative and have an effective input to external transport and other relevant meetings.

Attend open evenings and other events to provide specialist information to potential learners

Promote the welfare of children and young people.

Key Person Specification Requirements:


GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths

Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment

Excellent organisational skills

Appropriate level of digital literacy.

Ellesmere Port Campus

Travel and Tourism learners benefit from doing airline safety briefings and serving in a real section of aircraft fuselage. Engineering learners use industry-standard machinery to perform various engineering operations such as welding, fabrication, repair and maintenance. Our bespoke hair, beauty and barbering salons create an authentic environment where learners gain skills in the various elements of the industry. Cheshire College are the only Further Education provider in Cheshire to have been selected by the Government to offer T Levels in Construction, Digital, Science and Health, Education and Childcare, from September 2021.
