Diverse Academies is a multi-academy trust with a vision to inspire, to raise aspirations and to create brighter tomorrows - we have an exciting opportunity for an efficient, well-organised and enthusiastic Business Administrator to join the Diverse Association for Professional Learning.   

The successful candidate will work in a pivotal support role, ensuring that the professional reputation of the Diverse Association is retained and built upon through their work with delegates, applicants, partners, facilitators, colleagues and external stakeholders. 


Job title:                           Business Administrator 

Salary:                               Grade 4 - actual salary £17,500 - £18,900 per annum

Contract:                          Permanent 

Working hours:                37 hours per week, term time only

Date of interview:          9 December 2021 



The successful candidate will have:    

  • Excellent administrative and IT skills , and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Teams    
  • An understanding of the importance of professional development and coaching within education    
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a busy team and identify improvements to current processes    
  • An understanding of apprenticeships and compliance in order to advise colleagues and schools of available training.
