Salary – NJC Scales 25 – 30 (£32,020 – £36,298) – pay award pending
Working Pattern – Full Time, 6 Month Initial Fixed Term Contract (inside IR35) – with a view to extend
This is an exciting opportunity to join the St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust at
the start of its journey of rapid expansion and growth.
The successful candidate will:
- be able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment – using a flexible approach
- to enable rapid delivery.
- able to identify, investigate, analyse and communicate complex business
- problems and opportunities.
- have excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- be able to effectively prioritise and execute tasks whilst under pressure.
- be a confident communicator (written and oral).
- have well-developed ICT skills.
