Business and Administration Apprentice 35 hrs per week/44.20 weeks per year  

Weekly wage £150.00 - £175.00    

We are seeking to appoint as soon as possible an enthusiastic and conscientious Apprentice to support the Business Support Team in the school with day to day administration tasks.   

The successful candidate will be able to provide a range of admin duties, respond to routine correspondence and enquiries, organise meetings, maintain computerised systems, input data, produce correspondence to parents/staff and students, deal with visitors and answer the telephones.   

Desired skills of applicants are: Good IT Skills with knowledge of different computer packages ie. Word/Excel Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and organise yourself to complete tasks fully and on time Ability to use and demonstrate initiative Ability to take on individual project work Literate with good written and communication skills  The person appointed will be keen to develop their skills within an office/admin environment. The school will positively support this and provide on the on the job training and other opportunities for development.
