Grey Court is a successful and oversubscribed academy serving a diverse community in an outstanding environment, situated in the London Borough of Richmond, in close proximity to the Thames. Graded by Ofsted as “outstanding” in 2013, it is now a National Teaching School and our headteacher Maggie Bailey is a National Leader in education.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated teacher to deliver Business and Economics at KS5 in January 2018. The successful candidate will show a passion for teaching and be committed to achieving the very best outcomes for our students. We have excellent facilities and all lessons will be delivered in our outstanding sixth form building. You will be required to teach Business and Economics to Year 12 & 13 students.

Both subjects have become highly popular and have continued to grow in 2017. AS results show great potential and the right candidate would have a wonderful opportunity to enhance the departments whilst being afforded opportunities for career development over the coming years. 

The post is initially 0.8 (FTE) however for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate full-time may be considered.

You must be committed to being a team member who will want to ensure that all students, at all academic levels, receive an outstanding experience in their business and economics lessons. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to exceptionally high standards of classroom practice alongside a genuine regard for exceptional progress and quality care of all our young people.
