Business & Finance Director

The succesful candidate will join the headteacher, two deputy heads, five assistant heads, two associate heads and the senior leadership team PA/clerk to the trustees.  The Business & Finance Director works with this team, including close liaison with the headteacher in his role as accounting officer for the academy, and the board of trustees. The role involves a full and active part in strategic planning and day-to-day operational management of the school.  

The successful candidate will be required to provide strategic vision and operational leadership. These involve the maintenance and development of systems, processes and procedures relating to financial management, administration, support services, catering, site and facilities, lettings, health and safety, adult learning and people management.
