We now have an opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated individual committed to developing client relationships and developing appropriate training solutions to join the Truro and Penwith College Business Development team. This role will focus on working with Truro and Penwith College Construction Trades and in partnership with industry experts to engage, a broad base of local Cornish businesses to benefit from the training and apprenticeship programmes provided through Truro & Penwith College. The post will involve working in partnership with industry experts to engage a broad base of Cornish businesses to benefit from the training and apprenticeship programmes provided through Truro & Penwith College. It would be valuable to have an understanding of training and development and apprenticeships and a background in the Construction sector. The successful candidate will be able to manage a portfolio of new and existing clients and be able to form relationships and hold meaningful discussions with business owners. Access to transport is required for this role.
