Business, ICT, & Employability Teacher with IQA

We are are seeking a Business Studies Teacher to join our team and be part of an amazing school community.

You will have:

Minimum of two years solid teaching experience in Business Studies with ICT as a second subject preferred but not essential.

·        Experience of working with students with SEND in small groups (preferred but not essential)

·        A sound knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum and a wide range of qualifications

·        Familiarity with Standardised Attainment Test

· A track record of raising achievement within a vocational faculty and experience of internal quality assurance of vocational qualifications.

·        Understanding of and commitment to the school policies, in particular:

·        Participation and implementation of the School Behaviour Policy

·        Awareness of Health and Safety implementation in the work place

·        Implementation of the school Equal Opportunities Policy

·        Knowledge of effective strategies to include, and meet the needs of, all pupils in particular underachieving groups of pupils.

This will ensure you aspire to deliver the best outcomes for our young people. In doing so, working together to maintain a consistently good offer in your classroom and beyond. 

It is very important that all applicants acknowledge that this role requires a formal teaching qualification that is recognised in the UK. 

COS available for qualified applicants currently on a Tier 4 visa.
