The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) wish to appoint a Business Lead for Safeguarding to join and be part of our high performing team.  The successful candidate will:  

  • Provide strategic support and guidance to improve pupil’s pastoral provision and practice across the Trust.  
  • To regularly monitor and report on practice, identifying strengths and developmental areas and provide training and support plans where required.  
  • Provide strategic safeguarding support across the Trust and reduce the number of vulnerable pupils at risk of fixed term suspension and/or permanent exclusion.  
  • To ensure there is consistent practice across the trust in line with policy, legal and statutory requirements.  
  • Ensure effective oversight of Trust wide pupil attendance, ensuring it is above national expectations. Provide effective support to DSL’s across the Trust

We are a growing MAT that currently consists of Prince Albert Primary School, Heathfield Primary School, Highfield J&I School, Birchfield Primary School, Sutton Park Primary School and PA High School.  We have an established HR team of developed and hardworking individuals, who are excited to meet the director who will drive the next stage of the team’s journey. We buy into external support services to compliment the team and provide further support and advice. We utilise an external payroll provider and have a highly competent finance department to work alongside of.
