Salary information: POC £44,789 - £48,818 FTE
Working hours: 36 hours per week.
Contract type: Permanent/Full time, flexible/term time only may be considered for an exceptional candidate.

We are keen to recruit an experienced Business Leader to join our dynamic Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a large, successful primary school within a primary specialist multi-academy trust. 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working at management or leadership level in an academy/school or equivalent setting. He/she will have strategic leadership of, and accountability for, the school’s business and financial functions and lead our well-established and successful Operations Team. However, we are also interested to hear from candidates with the skills and knowledge to move into the education sector.

We are proud to be part of the Elliot Foundation and maximise the opportunities this presents to collaborate and work with other academies for the benefit of our students. The Business Leader will work closely with the central team in London and be part of an expanding multi-academy trust.

The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate outstanding finance and facilities leadership with evidence of successful impacts;
  • Have experience of effectively leading and managing teams and experience of appraising and developing others;
  • Be successful in financial management, including income-generation initiatives; and
  • Be highly motivated and determined to ensure the greatest possible outcome for our students.
