Marian College is a mixed, non-selective, Roman Catholic, independent secondary school in Victoria, serving students from the age of 11-18. The secondary school is situated in Ararat. 

Marian College was founded in 1888 by the Brigidine Sisters. The school has a long history of serving the parishes of Ararat, Stawell and Beaufort. Teaching staff are held in high regard at the secondary school and are offered many professional development opportunities throughout the year, along with the learning opportunities of the children.

The secondary school offers large, modern classrooms, a well-stocked library, science laboratories, dedicated classrooms for art, music, DT and drama, sports courts and expansive outside grounds.

Curriculum

It is the aim of the school to provide a challenging and inspiring learning programme. Students are well catered for, and those identified as having learning difficulties are looked after with a tailored learning programme to support their individual needs. The school embraces modern teaching and the use of iPads are offered to all pupils to allow for their learning experience to be enhanced with technology.
