Job overview

We are seeking an experienced and well-qualified Business Manager to provide strategic leadership and development of our finance and business functions across our estate. 

Joining us, you will have the expertise to make a rapid impact in the following areas: 

  • providing strategic leadership and development of the finance and business functions of the Academy and its estate;
  • the development of Foundation-wide strategies in HR, facilities management, catering, and H&S; 
  • the delivery of financial information to the Principal and Director of Finance;
  • the development and support of strategies to progress the Academy, including      maintaining links with the community, families and local environment.

To be successful, you will have experience in a similar role, delivered with energy, integrity and commitment to our vision and Christian ethos.

In return, you can expect to enjoy a competitive salary, pension scheme and 24 days’ annual leave rising to 29 after five years’ service. A relocation allowance may also be available.
