Business Support Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
To be responsible for the operation and coordination of administrative procedures and College Business Support systems to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Business Support function.
Rate of pay: Scale 4, Points 21 - 24, £20,139 - £21,918 per annum. (Equivalent to £10,069 - £10,959 per annum)
Hours of Work: 18.5 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).
Contract: Part time, fixed term until 15 July 2020.
Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College).
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have a level 4 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience. Experience of managing procedures, coordinating staff, monitoring and maintaining records is essential. You should also hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate to level 2 (with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel). An understanding of data returns, funding and Management Information Systems would be advantageous.
