for 39 weeks is £19,983.46 (gross) 

Required for immediate start a temporary Business Support Officer who is able to supervise office staff in the absence of the Deputy Business Manager work with teachers, parents and students in a busy office environment. To provide efficient services to include:

Whole school typing

Reception cover 

Ensure the office is fully covered

Liaise with staff and parents on general school matters

Work on your own initiative ensuring all deadlines for mail outs are met

Photocopying/Reprographics

Using SIMs

Whole School Filing

General Administrative Duties

You must be extremely presentable, with a professional attitude at all times.

Applications are invited from people who can touch type, have good interpersonal and computer skills who have experience of working in a very busy environment and can work independently under pressure and multi task effectively.  You should have at least 3 years recent administrative/typing experience.
