JOB TITLE:   Campus Facilities Officer

POST REFERENCE: ACCO

SALARY GRADE: Support Scale 4 - £21,807- £24,074 per annum inclusive of outer London weighting              

CONTRACT: 36 hours per week* (see below)

*Please note: Hours – Campus Facilities Officers will attend for one continuous period each working day [save for meal breaks] within the core service hours of the facilities team. Core service hours will fall within the period 06.00 – 10.00pm. Particular attendance periods will be set by the Facilities Manager/ Head of Facilities. In setting the particular attendance periods the Facilities Manager/ Head of Facilities shall have regard for the preferences of their team and the need to ensure equity amongst team members. 

PRIMARY LOCATION: Each Campus Facilities Officer shall have a home site but may be required to work at any Barnet and Southgate College site within the London Boroughs of Enfield and Barnet.

PURPOSE OF POST: To support learning by providing a clean and, safe environment for our learners, our staff and building users.

RESPONSIBLE TO: Soft Service Facilities Manager & Head of Service

We are looking to recruit a Campus Facilities Officer. A proactive and committed team member who will deliver a range of facilities to provide a safe, secure and healthy welcoming environment at Barnet and Southgate College for our learners, staff and visitors.
