Holy Spirit College is a Catholic co-educational secondary school located in the rapidly developing suburb of Fitzgibbon in North Brisbane, approximately 15km from Brisbane City. The College opened in January 2022 with 96 Year 7 students and will increase by one year level each year until it reaches Year 12.

Holy Spirit College is named in honour of the Holy Spirit Missionary Sisters (SSpS – Servae Spiritus Sancti – Servants of the Holy Spirit) who established St Flannan's School at Zillmere in 1954 and who have a long history of ministry in health care, education, and pastoral work in the north Brisbane region.

About the role

We are seeking creative, flexible and innovative professional to work in an exciting, collaborative and dynamic environment.

The Campus Minister helps provide faith, spiritual and pastoral support to students. 
The role is project-focused and designed to contribute to the religious life of the school community. 
The Campus Minister seeks to empower young people to utilise their gifts and talents and to live their faith in a variety of settings including school, parish, wider Church and local community.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
  • have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.

Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: 4 days/week (23.5 hours/week) - days negotiable

Salary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 5 - $35.74 per hour
