St Joseph's College Coomera is a Brisbane Catholic Education master planned co-educational College that opened in January 2019. Our first Seniors will graduate in 2024. The College is located in Coomera on the Northern Gold Coast, 40 minutes south of the Brisbane CBD.

We are seeking a Campus Minister to advance the religious life of our school community and provide faith, spiritual and pastoral support to our students. You will work as a member of our Team, to empower young people to utilise their gifts and talents and provide faith development opportunities.

Duties include:
• Providing pastoral and spiritual support to our students,
• Creating opportunities for faith development of our students,
• Organising and facilitating reflection and prayer experiences,
• Contributing to the organisation of major school liturgies and celebrations, and
• Engaging the school community in social justice and social action.

• Display well developed communication and interpersonal skills.

To be successful in this role you will:

Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: 38 hours per week

Salary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 5 - $35.06 per hour

Employment conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement

This position involves working with children.  The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
