The Role

The College is in need of a Campus Support Supervisor to deliver Estates Department Services with a primary focus on the Campus Support Function. The suitable candidate will be required to promote a safe, secure and welcoming environment for the benefit of staff, students and visitors and to support the Manager, and supervise the campus support officer presence on the campus.


Skills and Experience

You hold an SIA Door Supervision Licence and have previous experience in the security sector/CCTV operations/youth work. You will also have experience in conflict management and de-escalation techniques and be able to positively manage learner behaviour. You will have the ability to communicate in a calm and professional manner with students, staff and visitors at all levels. You should be able to work unsupervised as well as co-operatively and productively with other members of staff.
