Unsted Park School are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive professional to provide support in the effective delivery of education, care and independence programmes for learners and young people.  This role post is to start as soon as possible.

The successful application will ensure that the facilities comply with statutory regulations and quality standards.  You'll act as a positive role model by providing effective supervision and guidance for the support team and contribute to their performance and professional development.

Previous experience of working within a special needs environment together with an NVQ 3 or QCF Diploma Level 3 in relevant Care/Children & Young People related area (or willing to work towards this qualification) is a requirement for this post.  This role will suit professional individuals who are prepared to work flexibly in a vibrant, caring and supportive environment. Applicants will be required to hold a current UK driving licence and be eligible and prepared to drive all school vehicles.
