This role will require:
- To work closely with the National collaborative outreach programme (NCOP) to increase the proportion of students from disadvantaged backgrounds to enter Higher Education or other higher level educational qualifications across 2 Swale Academy Trust schools
- To provide impartial careers and education guidance to students and parents, ensuring that the academy provides an effective careers programme that is up to date, dynamic and engaging for young people, including work experience.
- To ensure the successful transition of students between KS4 and KS5, including the options process at the academy.
- This role includes four days per week supporting The Eastbourne Academy and one day a week supporting The Turing School.
To support the Assistant Headteacher: Personal Development and Careers Lead in the planning, delivery and evaluation of a wide range of Careers activities across the school.
