Maternity cover for up to 12 months

Location: Chesterfield

Salary: £23,367 per annum

(37 hours per week/52 weeks per year)

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Careers Advisor to join a high achieving team and department. 

Applicants need to demonstrate previous experience of delivering guidance to a diverse client base, using a variety of guidance activities such as, one-to-one interviews, group work activities and presentations. The role will also include regularly supporting the admissions interview process by carrying out initial advice interviews with applicants. Experience of organising careers events is desirable and evidence of networking skills is essential.

In addition to this it is essential that applicants have a Level 4 qualification in Information, Advice and Guidance, as well as a willingness to work towards the Level 6 qualification.
