This exciting opportunity has arisen due to our current Careers Coordinator retiring this summer. We are looking for someone to strategically plan and implement the highest quality careers provision across the Trust.

The Fulham Cross Academy Trust is a small multi academy trust (MAT) consisting of Fulham Cross Academy, an 11-18 Academy and Fulham Cross Girls’ School (11-16). Both schools are rated by Ofsted as good. We are a Trust with a family feel committed to ensuring every student achieves their potential in a warm and supportive environment. We are passionate about both the academic achievements of our students and their personal development as adult citizens and individuals beyond school.

Our students are enthusiastic, talented and motivated to do well and out staff are dedicated to supporting our students to succeed.

We are looking to appoint a colleague who will continue to add value to the Careers provision at the Trust.

As Careers Coordinator you will work closely with students across the Trust, delivering a programme of individual careers’ interviews, as well as project planning and implementing career related events with staff across the curriculum, colleges and employers that will support all of our students.

This position provides the opportunity to have a direct impact on helping our students realise their full potential, ambitions for the future and guiding them to the most appropriate career sectors for them.

Fulham Cross Academy Trust is the ‘umbrella’ organisation which operates Fulham Cross Girls’ School on Munster Road, and Fulham Cross Academy and Fulham Cross Sixth Form, on Kingwood Road, in Fulham.

For students aged 11-16, Fulham Cross Girls’ School offers traditional, single-sex, classroom-based education and Fulham Cross Academy offers an innovative, classroom-based education, with a heavy focus on STEM. The Fulham Cross Sixth Form offers vocational and STEM-focused A levels and work related education for students aged 16-19.
