The salary for this post is within the NJC pay spine range 21-23, £31,353 to £33,083 reduced pro rata to £27,698.22 - £29,226.56. 

We are seeking a well-organised, capable and self-motivated individual who is passionate about the positive impact careers education can have on the lives of young people.  The successful candidate will manage our careers education, information and guidance team and support subject areas, pastoral teams and all students within the College.

The College has recently met all the Gatsby benchmarks and the role will provide an excellent opportunity to lead an experienced and highly effective team who are committed to the support of each individual student from a population of 2800 young people. Communication skills and the capacity to develop, communicate and implement innovative ideas for the CEIAG delivery is essential if we are to continue our outstanding provision.

Given the varied nature of the role the successful candidate must be approachable and have a pro-active and flexible attitude to all tasks.  In return you will work alongside experienced and supportive colleagues and the role has the opportunity for professional development.
