We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our fantastic Estates team as a Caretaker. The role is responsible for: managing access to the Senior School, conducting minor maintenance and grounds works, preparing the School for Events, ensuring the School is kept clean and tidy, and maintaining the security of the School.
You will work five days over seven days a week, on the following 4-week rotational shift pattern:
Week 1: Monday – Thursday, 8am – 4.30pm Sunday, 8am – 4.30pm
Week 2: Tuesday – Saturday, 8am – 4.30pm, with Saturday being a 7.5hr shift between 8am – 10pm
Week 3: Monday – Friday, 1.30pm – 10pm
Week 4: Monday – Friday, 7am – 3.30pm.
Core hours are paid at the hourly rate of £12. An enhanced rate is paid for lates (7-10pm) and weekends, at £15.60 per hour (a 30% uplift).
