Salary: Full Time equivalent £19,698 - £20,903 per annum. Part Time equivalent £9,280.79 - £9,848.53 per annum
Hours: 24.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (Monday to Thursday 7.00am to 9.00am & 3.00pm to 6.00pm. Friday 7.00am to 9.00am & 3.00pm to 5.30pm)

St Mary’s Catholic Voluntary Academy part of the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Caretaker to join a busy and productive team.
We are seeking a committed, trustworthy, reliable and pro-active caretaker to work in our friendly school, who can provide efficient and effective caretaking support to the school, including ensuring that the security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards, and that heating systems operate at optimum efficiency.
Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience in caretaking in a school environment.
The successful candidate will also need to have experience in basic day to day maintenance with a positive 'can do' attitude.
