The successful candidate will be accountable for all aspects of health and safety.

It is expected that the successful candidate will be able to undertake maintenance and repairs as required, this will include internal and external areas.

It will be agreed with the Facilities Manager all weekly maintenance priorities to ensure work is completed to required standard and within the relevant time scales.

The applicant should have a good general level of education, a good knowledge of appropriate health and safety regulations and of COSHH, and a NVQ is desirable.
