This is a full-time permanent role, ideally suited to someone who has gained comprehensive relevant experience in various settings.  In addition you will have some subsequent relevant experience of work in the repair and maintenance of buildings.

As part of the work experience, or qualifications gained, we would expect you to have obtained a good understanding of detailed construction plans, working drawings and specification documents and gained working knowledge of general construction techniques.  We aim for high standards of work finish and we would expect the successful applicant to be able to deliver.  You must be able to work well on your own or as part of a team covering all aspects of carpentry and building work.
