Job overview

We have an exciting opportunity for helpful and friendly ambassadors to support with our enrolment duties in August. This is a 3 - 5 week role, working varied hours each week as the role demands.

Enrolment Ambassadors provide vital support to the Student Information team during our busiest period to help ensure standards and targets are met. The ability to be flexible is crucial as the role is varied and involves assisting the team with a variety of tasks.

We are looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals who can maintain confidentiality, pay close attention to detail and have a flexible approach to work. The Ambassador role could require you to travel across the Bury College campus, it could also require talking on the phone supporting new students across all curriculum areas. Some administrative experience is desirable but not vital.

Please note, this is a casual role which means that specific days and hours cannot be guaranteed, Hours are offered on a casual, ad hoc basis to fit the needs of the service and so may vary. We are looking for a minimum of three weeks work from 19th August, however there might be a requirement for extra hours in further weeks, this will be discussed closer to the time. Candidates will also be required to attend an assessment centre on Thursday 30th May at Bury College and must be of age 18+.
