An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint additional exam invigilators for our upcoming exam season

  • Start Date: May 2024
  • Salary: £11.79 per hour 
  • Contract: Casual
  • Closing Date: 9am on Monday 8th April 2024

We are looking to appoint Exam Invigilators on a casual basis to cover examination periods throughout the academic year invigilating both GCSE and Internal Examinations. 

You will be required to work as part of a team committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for our young people and be willing to support students through the provision, supervision and monitoring of examinations. 

Experience within the education sector, especially at secondary level would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

St Peter’s CofE Academy is a mixed 11-16 popular Church of England Academy which puts Christian values, faiths and high standards at the centre of all we do. We serve the whole community of Stoke-on-Trent and welcome students of all faiths and none.

St Peter’s Academy is a Anglican secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. It is sponsored by the Woodard Academies trust, the largest group of Church of England schools in England and Wales, and is co-sponsored by the Diocese of Lichfield. 

There are 962 students aged 11-16 on the school roll, taught in mixed classes. Founded in 2011, St Peter’s Academy moved into a new state-of-the-art facility in Fenton in 2013.
