An exciting opportunity has arisen for a reliable and hardworking Facilities Officer to join the successful NSCT facilities team.
The Facilities Officer will undertake numerous maintenance, repair and decoration tasks. Working closely with the Head of Estates & Facilities, you will ensure the safety of our sites. This will involve carrying out a range of duties to the agreed quality standards, including locking and unlocking premises, security and the supervision of Academies facilities and equipment whilst lettings are being operated. You will co-ordinate lettings, ensuring their smooth running and success at any of our 4 Academies in Enfield.
The successful candidate must be flexible in that they could be expected to work a different shift pattern or at a different site depending on the business needs of the team. You will have strong communication skills, be resilient, hardworking, a strong team player and able to work on your on initiative. Ability to travel to all of our sites essential.
As an ambassador for the Trust with its local community the Facilities Officer will ensure that users of our facilities are treated in a professional and courteous way at all times and will wherever possible develop further lettings opportunities.
