The Sports Centre at the Stanground Academy are seeking to recruit a friendly, flexible and enthusiastic Lifeguard who is able to maintain a high level of customer service, cleanliness and promote a safe, secure environment on poolside and throughout the building.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of bathers at all times, providing a high standard of customer care and performing cleaning duties. You will also assist in the safe erection and use of all equipment as the facilities programme requires.
With previous experience of working in a similar role, you will have excellent communication skills, be friendly and approachable with a desire to deliver services to a high level of customer satisfaction. Possession of the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is essential.

The new Stanground Academy opened on 1 April 2012 and is one of the Greenwood Academies Trust’s Group of Academies, replacing the predecessor Stanground College.
