The Education Alliance is looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated person to work as a casual member of the site management team at Malet Lambert School.  

You will work under the direction of the Site Manager ensuring that the school premises and associated facilities are available for allied usage around school hours.    

Day to day duties will include the maintenance of premises and plant, security of the buildings and site, movement of goods and equipment, setting up of facilities, minor grounds maintenance works, lettings and ensuring the inside and outside environment are well maintained and the premises meet Health and Safety requirements.    

This post is a casual position and key areas of activity include car parking duties; setting up and clearing areas of site for after school activities and litter picking.

Malet Lambert has a long and proud history, dating back to 1932. Once a grammar school, it became a community comprehensive school in 1968 and it continues to be true to the word ‘comprehensive’ some 50 years later.

2018 saw us achieve a ‘Good’ Ofsted grading under the new criteria, as well as becoming an Inclusion Quality Mark Flagship School - the only one in the region.
