What you'll do

• You will be integral in assisting the Chef Manager in the preparation of food and in serving our customers with food and drink. 

• The ability to set up and clear down , preparation, serving and dining areas to set standards. 

• Help to maintain cleanliness of areas, ensuring that food safety policy is adhered to. 

• Serving customers. 

• Experience of working successfully in a fast paced food service environment is essential as is possession of a food safety certificate or a willingness to undertake training in food safety. 

Who we're looking for

We are looking for people committed to providing excellent customer service . Being able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team is also essential.
