We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Catering Assistant to join a high achieving, successful and forward-looking team of staff on a permanent basis. As a valued member of the kitchen team, the post holder will work under the supervision of the Chef. This post requires self-motivation and a commitment to providing a high-level service to the Academy. The successful candidate will have ideally had experience in a catering environment and have good understanding of food hygiene. Whilst this post holder will be predominantly based at Bluecoat Aspley Academy, they may be deployed across any of the academies within the Trust in accordance with the needs of the Trust as we grow and develop.
The successful candidate will be committed to the students and academy life and will possess the ability to communicate effectively and be able to raise the standards of learning for all of the students with whom they are required to work.
Archway Learning Trust, previously Bluecoat Academies Trust was formed in April 2014 as a result of the very long and successful history of Bluecoat Academy. The Trust now comprises of Bluecoat Aspley Academy, Bluecoat Sixth Form, Bluecoat Wollaton Academy, Bluecoat Beechdale Academy, Bluecoat Primary Academy, The Nottingham Emmanuel School and Sixth Form, Bluecoat Trent Academy, The Long Eaton School, Lees Brook Academy, Alvaston Moor Academy and the Bluecoat SCITT Alliance (School Centred Initial Teacher Training)
