16.25 hours a week, term time only (38 week)

£15,296 per annum (£5,569 pro rata)

We are seeking to appoint a Catering Assistant to join the supportive team at the Rushden Primary Academy.

The successful applicant will provide support to the Catering Manager, ensuring that all catering services are of the highest possible standard. You will be required to prepare meals and provide a friendly and efficient service to all staff and pupils. 

Working as part of a dedicated team, providing catering services to pupils, you will need to demonstrate:

• Excellent      hygiene and health & safety practices
• A      good organisational ability
• First class communication skills

A level 1 or 2 Food Safety Certificate or NVQ would be advantageous

You will be required to work over the lunchtime period, Monday to Friday. Uniform and training will be provided.
