The Opportunity

Pegasus Catering is our own, in-house catering provision that provides meals and services to a wide range of Trust and Academy activities such as breakfast and after-school clubs, lunch and training centre/function hospitality. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard working and driven individual to manage and lead the catering provision at Priestmead Primary School.

The Person

A committed, reliable and enthusiastic individual to support the Pegasus Catering provision at Priestmead Primary School. 

The successful applicant will be: 

A Catering Manager or Head Chef with experience of running a medium to large sized commercial kitchen

An individual with a strong ethos for continual development and striving for excellence

A manager with a detailed understanding of current food standards and nutritional guidance
