Catering Manager

We are looking to recruit a Catering Manager who will be responsible for the Catering provision of the All-Saints High School and Seven Hills School community. Progressing the catering provision to deliver healthy and high-quality meals that meet Nutritional standards.

The post holder will be responsible for:

• Planning menus
• Making provision as appropriate for special dietary requirements
• Ordering stock accordingly
• Preparing, cooking and overseeing the cooking of a range of food items
• Supervising catering staff to ensure the efficient organisation of catering service
• Dealing with any day-to-day problems/issues that may arise
• Be responsible for the accurate cost control of the Catering revenue and expenditure, ensuring the security of all monies, ensuring correct procedures for banking and reconciliation are met (in conjunction with the Operations Manager and the Finance Team)
