Holyhead Primary Academy is part of the Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust providing staff with opportunities to progress both within the school, and across the Trust. The primary purpose of the role
- To provide management of the catering facilities within the school to provide students, staff and visitors with meals of a high standard
- To work with the Trust Catering Manager to create a new and varied menu which will enhance the lunchtime experience for all students
- To support the development of catering facilities
- Provide catering to support school events and meetings
- To strive for the continual improvement of the quality of food and service
- To ensure compliance with the requirements of food hygiene regulations, Health and Safety, COSH regulations and risk management
