We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic CEIAG Coordinator (Careers Advisor) to join our team. Position Overview
As the CEIAG Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) tailored specifically for Key Stage 4 students. You will work closely with staff, external partners, and employers to ensure that all students receive relevant support in making informed decisions about their future pathways.

Skills and Qualifications
- No previous experience required; full training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with young people
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic IT skills including use of Microsoft Office or similar software
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, students, parents/carers, and external organisations
- A genuine interest in careers education and youth development
