London's leading College is seeking for an experienced and enthusiastic Central Registry Officer   

About the role: 

You will join our Central Registry team to carry out enrolment, fee assessment and timetabling duties. You will liaise with cross College staff regarding enrolments, timetabling, fee assessment tasks ensuring accuracy and integrity of data. You will use College MIS systems to accurately generate registers cross campus, monitoring the Registry helpdesk in dealing with enquires from curriculums.    Manage the Symmetry ID Card system designing, creating and updating the ID card images on the system. Dealing with online enrolments queries from students and providing them with course information and enrolment details. Knowledge of the structure of UNIT-E and use of the tools supplied by Capita, within UNIT-E.  

About you: 

With general education to GCSE standard, including Maths and English at Grade 'A' to 'C' or equivalent, it is essential that you have experience of inputting textual and numeric information, working with databases and of dealing with staff and external clients at all levels with politeness and tact. You must have competence in the use of computerised information systems and other appropriate technology, knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including: Word, Excel and Outlook. Administrative experience relating to examinations, timetabling and/or data entry is desirable.   City and Islington College is committed to protecting and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
