Education IMPACT Academy Trust (EIAT) CEO Steve Hughes is standing down from his post at the end of 2021 therefore The Board of Directors of the Trust is now looking to make an appointment of CEO.

EIAT provides an outstanding education across the special school sector. It ensures our pupils and young people are given a broad and balanced education which prepares them well for success in their future lives. We provide strong challenge and support to our Academies and ensure they deliver success for all.

The successful candidate will lead a family of special schools, supported by an excellent team of Executive Head Teachers and an outstanding Executive Team within the Trust. We are looking to appoint an individual with a clear track record in special educational needs education, an ability to lead the business support functions of the Trust and someone who can inspire our staff and communities to continue to make the difference to the lives of our pupils and students.

EIAT benefits significantly from the variety of schools within the Trust, enabling staff to greatly enjoy the opportunities we have for collaborative working. In addition, we are able to benefit tremendously from sharing best practice and expertise we have within our organisation.

EIAT is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Appointment will be dependent upon further health, medical and attendance checks.
