Job overview

The Trustees of Oak Learning Partnership (OLP) are looking to appoint a new CEO to lead the Trust through the next phase of its development.

OLP is a cross-phase multi academy trust comprising three academies, operating across Bury, Greater Manchester. We believe we are a stronger partnership due to us operating across all three phases of education.

Oak LP aims to provide the very best learning opportunities and outcomes for all our children, so that they can flourish academically, socially and emotionally. We have a strong focus on our children and families as members of both the school and the local communities, actively seeking to forge strong links between our schools and their close surroundings.

Tasked with the successful implementation of the Trust’s vision, the CEO will be responsible for inspiring and empowering stakeholders in realising the Trust’s aims.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional and inspirational leader who has the aspiration, integrity, and ability to help shape the future of a developing multi academy trust.

The ideal candidate will have experience of defining and implementing plans to achieve strong, achievable and relevant goals. You will also be able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to the Trust’s principles of inclusion, as well as a strong focus on students, their parents/carers and the wider school community.
