Heathfield seeks a ‘Ceramicist in Residence’ who, in return for two days of curriculum support, would benefit from full use of a large Ceramics studio including specialist equipment, such as plaster moulds, potter’s wheel, kiln etc. This term-time only position is unpaid but offers a wide range of benefits including three days to develop and build on existing studio practice. This role would suit a recent graduate at either Degree or Masters level, a practising Ceramicist in need of more space or a kiln, or those interested in pursuing a career in education.
Curriculum support: 8.30am – 5.45/6 pm Mondays and Wednesdays
Studio space available: 8.30am – 6pm Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
Fixed term: Two terms initially with the possibility to extend
