CET ICT Support Technician

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000

Creative Education Trust is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled individual to join the Trust’s central ICT team based at Abbeyfield School, Northampton. The ICT Support Technician role will provide 1st and 2nd line ICT support for CET Primary Schools and Head Office staff. The post holder will be required to travel to other CET sites, therefore access to a car is essential. Travel and subsistence will be compensated for site visits outside of Northamptonshire.

The post holder will also support and contribute to a number of exciting Trust wide ICT projects including network migration projects for academies joining the CET infrastructure, and the continued expansion of the Trust’s Office 365 platform.

This role would suit someone who is a fast learner, has strong problem solving skills and who is committed to providing a high quality service for staff and students. Training will be provided if there are areas of the role that are new to the successful candidate.
