We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Chef to join our community to lead our College Tuckshop operations.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively to design a menu to meet the Smart Choices requirements, with a focus on offering meals which are prepared and cooked on site, using low fat, fresh ingredients. Catering for College meetings will also be required.
The successful applicant will need to have the ability to obtain a Food Safety Certificate and implement a Food Safety Plan.
The successful applicant will ideally be business focused to ensure correct operation of the facility as a whole.
St Michael’s College is a co-educational Catholic secondary College administered by Brisbane Catholic Education with an approximate enrolment of 900 students. Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate: School Services Staff Level 3 ($26.71 - $28.82 per hour)
Employment Conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement 2015-2019
